Ravi Bains inducted into The Power List 2021

Ravi Bains is delighted to have been recognised by Home Care Insight by being inducted into this year’s Power List in the ‘Business Executives’ category.

The Power List is an annual report that celebrates leading individuals who have made a real difference this year, push for innovation, and go above and beyond to deliver excellence in the sector. The Business Executive category pays tribute to the most influential and inspirational figureheads leading the most prominent home care providers in the UK.

Ravi has been recognised for leading his team to remain resilient and stay safe during a challenging 12 months for social care. Ravi takes his role as a leader, and the example he wants to set, extremely seriously. He is outspoken on the need to address inequality in the social care sector, writing articles on lack of representation of ethnic minority groups in leadership positions in care and calling for mandatory reporting on diversity.

Commenting on the news, Ravi said:

“I am delighted on behalf of all my amazing work colleagues, who have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic and most challenging year faced by the care sector, to be on the Power 30 list.

It is an honour to be named alongside fellow industry leaders and individuals that I am genuinely inspired by. I would like to also extend my congratulations to you and your teams.”
