Rainbow Services UK has been awarded Provider of the Year at the Scottish Care National at Home & Housing Support Awards 2021. The award ceremony took place virtually, due to the ongoing pandemic, and was hosted by Pop Idol winner Michelle McManus and Scottish Care’s CEO Dr Donald Macaskill.
The Scottish Care at Home & Housing Support Awards is an annual celebration and provides an opportunity to pay tribute to the achievements of the dedicated social care workforce and the incredible individuals who receive support. The Provider category recognises the most exemplary home care providers in Scotland, and those services that have gone above and beyond the call of duty during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Rainbow Services has been recognised for offering bespoke care and support services, by treating each individual with the unique attention they deserve and tailoring their services to best fit specific needs. The Rainbow team’s flexibility and unique approach have allowed the company to provide award-winning services to both adults and children alike.
Discussing the news, Ravi said:
“This is a testament to the dedicated and amazing team at Rainbow, whose work offers so much care, support, and affection to the most vulnerable in our society and their families.
“I would like to say a big thank you to all colleagues whose leadership and empathy has driven Rainbow to the high standards everyone in the sector has come to expect. It has been an incredibly challenging year, but would have been impossible without this incredible team.”
